In order to help us to provide our services in the best possible way, we can enclose this information to the information which you already provided us with. We can allow you to connect and share your actions, comments, content, and information publicly or with friends but we cannot control the privacy or security of information you choose to make public or share with others.

We collect your personal information for the specified purposes, including: the process of registration on our site, using services of our site and making bookings on our site for the customers and charter companies. The necessary information can be used by our company, our agents and sub-contractors for further execution of your booking order.

Please note: When you make booking orders you enter into a direct contractual relationship with Charter Companies, so we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

1. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION. We do not sell, trade or rent your personally identifiable information collected on the site. The information collected by our site is used to process orders, to keep you informed about your order status, to notify you of products, services or special offers that may be of interest to you, and for statistical purposes for improving our site. If the Customer orders the pick-up service, which means the Customer’s transportation from his/her location to the Vessel location, provided by the third parties we will disclose your contact information and information about your location to third parties for pick-up purposes. For example, we must release your phone number and your location information to the pick-up service to pick you up from the location that you mentioned.

2. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

2.1. COOKIES. Cookies are small bits of data cached in a user’s browser. HarbourClick.com utilizes cookies to determine whether or not you have visited the home page in the past. However, no other user information is gathered.

HarbourClick.com may use non-personal "aggregated data" to enhance the operation of our website, or analyze interest in the areas of our website. Anti-spam policy

1. INTRODUCTION.
